What happens after you send this
We call you back, usually the same day. We agree a time and come out to look at the actual roof or the actual project, because nobody can price this honestly from a photo or a phone call.
Then you get a written estimate that says what the work is and what it costs. If we think you do not need the work, we will say that too.

Is the estimate really free?
Yes. We come out, look at the roof or the project, and put a real number in writing. There is no charge for that and no obligation to hire us.
How fast will I hear back?
Same day in most cases. If you tell us water is coming into the house, we treat that as an emergency and move it to the front.
Do I have to know what I need?
No. Pick "Not sure" and describe what you are seeing. Working out what a roof actually needs is our job, not yours.
Will someone pressure me into a replacement?
No. If a repair is the right answer we will tell you it is a repair. We would rather do the small honest job and be the ones you call later.
