What this site is
This website exists to describe our roofing and construction services, to answer common questions, and to let you ask us to come look at a job. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer to perform work at a stated price.
Estimates are not contracts
Requesting an estimate through this site does not create an agreement between us, and it does not obligate either of us to anything. An estimate we give you, in person or in writing, is our assessment based on what we could see at the time. Work begins only under a separate written agreement signed by you and by us, and that signed agreement is what governs the job, including scope, price, schedule, payment, and any warranty.
If anything on this website conflicts with a signed agreement for your job, the signed agreement controls.
Accuracy of the information here
We work to keep this site accurate and current, and general guidance about roofs, storms, insurance, and maintenance is exactly that: general. Your roof, your property, and your insurance policy are specific to you. Nothing here is a substitute for an inspection of your actual roof or for reading your own policy.
Photographs on this site may be illustrative rather than photographs of a specific completed job.
Using the site
Please do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with how it runs, to submit false or automated requests, or to collect information from it for someone else's marketing. We may block access if that happens.
