Privacy policy
Effective September 3, 2026. This policy explains what Roofing Pro and Construction EPTX LLC, doing business as Roofing Pros EPTX, collects when you use this website or contact us, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what we need to answer your request, and we do not sell it.
What we collect
When you fill out the estimate form on this site, you give us your name, phone number, email address, the property address or area, and whatever you write in the message and service fields. The form also records the page you submitted from, the referring page, and any campaign tags in the link you arrived on, so we know which of our own pages and ads are working.
When you call or text the number on this site, we have your phone number and whatever you tell us about the job.
Our web analytics records aggregate visit information such as pages viewed, approximate region, and the type of device and browser used. That data is about traffic patterns, not about identifying you personally.
When you tap a phone number on this site, we record that a call link was tapped, on which page, and the browser type, so we can count how many calls the site produces. We do not record your phone number this way.
What we use it for
We use what you send us to respond to your request: to call you back, to schedule an inspection, to write an estimate, and to do the work if you hire us. We may follow up about a request you started and did not finish. Traffic patterns from analytics feed back into improving the site itself, not into unsolicited marketing to you.
What we never do
No selling, renting, or trading it to anyone, including other contractors looking for leads.
We share information only where it is necessary to do the job or required by law: with the service providers that run this website, our email, and our scheduling (they process it on our behalf and for no other purpose), with a supplier or subcontractor working on your specific project, with your insurance carrier when you ask us to help document a claim, and when a law, subpoena, or court order requires it.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. The only cookies or similar storage in use are the ones our analytics needs to count a visit. You can block or clear those in your browser settings and the site will keep working normally.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and job records for as long as we need them for the work, for warranty and insurance questions that come up later, and for as long as tax and business record rules require. When we no longer need a record, we delete it.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection and requests are sent to us the same way. No system is perfect, and we will not tell you ours is. We keep access to customer information limited to the people who need it to do the work.
Children
This site is for homeowners and property owners. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or email us using the details below and tell us what you want done. If you would rather we stop contacting you entirely, say so and we will stop.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. The version posted here is the one that applies.
